By booking an appointment with Aura Haven Spa or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your appointment may incur a charge. No-shows are charged in full.

Health Disclosure

Please inform our team of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies or medications before your treatment.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest displaying inappropriate behaviour.

Limitation of Liability

Aura Haven Spa is not liable for any loss of personal belongings on the premises.
