Refund Policy

We want every guest to be completely satisfied. Here's how cancellations and refunds work at Aura Haven Spa.

Cancellations

Cancel free of charge at least 4 hours before your appointment. Within 4 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies. No-shows are charged in full.

Package & Membership Refunds

Pre-paid packages and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred to a friend or family member with prior notice.

Service Concerns

If you are unhappy with a service, please let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right.
